This Privacy Policy explains how MARKTORE collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit marktore.com, buy a ticket for a class or event, or contact us.

What data we collect
- Booking data: name, e-mail address, phone number, billing details and the classes you book. If you book for someone else, the attendee’s name.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
Why we use your data
- To manage your booking, send your order confirmation and your ticket with its QR code, and check you in at the class.
- To contact you about your class (changes of time or venue, cancellations).
- To comply with our legal obligations, such as invoicing and accounting.
- To measure visits to the website and the results of our advertising, and to improve our classes and events.
- To tell you about new classes and events similar to the ones you booked. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform the contract you enter into when you buy a ticket, to comply with legal obligations (invoicing and accounting), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website and advertising. Commercial communications about similar services are sent under article 21.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), and you can object at any time.
Cookies
marktore.com uses its own cookies, needed for the cart and the checkout to work, and third-party cookies from Google Analytics, Google Ads and TikTok to measure visits and advertising. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; if you block the cookies needed for the cart, you won’t be able to book.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. To run marktore.com we rely on service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe and PayPal (payments)
- IONOS (website hosting and e-mail)
- Google and TikTok (analytics and advertising)
- The dance studio hosting your class, only when needed to manage your access
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Those transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep your data
We keep your booking data for as long as needed to manage your class and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (invoicing records are kept for six years under Spanish legislation). Data used to send you news about classes is kept until you unsubscribe.
Photos and videos
Some classes are photographed or filmed, for example the choreography filming session. You can read how we use those images in our Terms & Conditions.
Minors
Our classes are for people aged 16 or over. Younger participants can join with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must make the booking.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@marktore.com from the e-mail address you used to book. We will reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page.
