These Terms & Conditions apply to every ticket bought on marktore.com. By buying a ticket you accept them.
Who we are

Tickets and prices
- Each event page shows the classes, dates, times, venue and the price of each ticket. Prices are in euros and include taxes. A booking fee is shown in your order before you pay.
- Each class has limited spots. A spot is only reserved once the payment is complete.
- Full Pass and pack tickets include the classes listed on the event page.
Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card number.
Your ticket
After paying you receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a link to download your ticket. Each ticket has a QR code: show it at the door, on your phone or printed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the e-mail, and write to us if it doesn’t arrive.
Cancellations and refunds
- Up to 48 hours before the class: write to info@marktore.com and we will refund your ticket.
- Within 48 hours of the class: tickets are not refunded. If something comes up, contact us anyway and we will do our best to help you, for example by moving you to another class when there is space.
- If we cancel or move a class or event: you can choose a full refund or keep your ticket for the new date.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure activities on a specific date (article 103.l of the Spanish consumer law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
At the class
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss the warm-up.
- Dance at your own pace and tell the teacher about any injury or health issue before the class. You take part under your own responsibility.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that is unsafe or disrespectful to others, without a refund.
- Each venue may have its own rules (for example about shoes or bags); please follow them.
Photos and videos
We sometimes take photos and videos during classes and events, and some sessions are filmed on purpose (for example the choreography filming). By attending, you agree that you may appear in them and that MARKTORE may publish them on its website and social media. If you don’t want to appear, tell us before the class and we’ll keep you out of the shot.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If there is a dispute, we will first try to solve it with you directly at info@marktore.com. Consumers can also go to the courts of their place of residence.
